Built in 1852, we have lived here since 1987 and have been working towards returning this beautiful old victorian house to it’s original glory.

Watch the sunrise over the sea from your bed, then stroll along the sea front or take an early morning dip (or go back to sleep),  while we prepare your delicious English breakfast, using locally sourced ingredients.

There are a wide variety of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, ask us to recommend one for you.

We are situated on the sea front between Lowestoft’s two piers, directly opposite the award winning south beach.

We are 5 minutes walk from the railway and bus stations and the town centre.  We find Lowestoft a great place to live in as well as to holiday.

Four of our bedrooms have en suite showers, toilets and washbasins. Two doubles, one twin or super kingsize double and one family room ( a double and a single bed). Two en suite rooms have a superb sea view.  We have one single/small double room with private facilities and a sea view.

There are tvs in all of the rooms, some with freeview & dvd/video players. We also provide tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits.  There is free parking on both sides of the road outside the house.
